PATIENT SURVEY RESULTS

We received a total of 250 completed questionnaires back from patients who recently saw one of the doctors at the surgery.  We were delighted to find that the majority of people were happy with their experience.

The results are as follows:

Making you feel at ease:   over 98% of patients rated the doctor as being good to outstanding.

Letting you tell your story:  over 99% of patients rated the doctor as being  good to outstanding.

Really listening:  over 98% of patients rated the doctor as being good to outstanding.

Being interested in you: over 97% of patients rated the doctor as being good to outstanding.

Fully understanding concerns:  98% of patients rated the doctor as being good to outstanding.

Showing care and compassion:  over 98% of patients rated the doctor as being good to outstanding.

Being positive:  over 98% of patients rated the doctor as being good to outstanding.

Explaining things clearly:  over 98% of patients rated the doctor as being good to outstanding.

Helping you take control:  over 98% of patients rated the doctor as being good to outstanding.

Making a plan of action with you:  over 97% of patients rated the doctor as being good to outstanding.

Rating of whole consultation:  over 99% of patients rated the doctor as being good to outstanding.
