Practice Manager
Mrs Jane Lee
Has overall responsibility for practice staff, services and premises. She is supported in her role by clinical staff, receptionists, administrative and secretarial staff.
Practice Nurses
Hilary Healey & Jo McDonald
In addition to general nursing clinics, the nurses hold cervical smear clinics and childhood immunisation and flu clinics. They can also advise you about vaccination requirements for overseas travel. Patients who suffer from chronic diseases such as diabetes and coronary heart disease are also seen regularly by our nurses.
The nurses work closely with the doctors, and with the district nurses and health visitors.
We also have a Healthcare Assistant, Carole Keylock, who in addition to taking blood, supports the nursing team in their care of patients.
Office Manager
Mrs Kim Henning
Kim is in charge of the reception staff. All the receptionists make appointments, answer telephones and perform other office duties. They can always give advice about the services here, and are fully aware of the importance of absolute confidentiality.
Health Visitors
Health Visitors can be contacted on the number below. If they are not in their office when you ring you will be able to leave a message on their answerphone. They are primarily concerned with the under fives
and also have a role in supporting the family.

Community Nurses
The Practice has a community nursing team based at the surgery. The team is led by Allison Horne who can be contacted on the telephone number below. The team has very close links with the doctors and they visit the surgery several times a day to liaise with the doctors and staff. The doctors can ask them to care for patients in their own homes. The community nurses also work alongside our practice nurses ensuring continuity of care.

Community Midwife
The Practice has one attached community midwife. Along with the doctors she provides antenatal care and visits patients after they have had their babies. She too has close links with the doctors and visits the surgery regularly to pick up messages.
