Repeat Prescription Index
We cannot accept repeat precriptions over the telephone, these must be made in writting, either dropped into the surgery reception, posted to the surgery or my using one of the electronic methods below. Both the NHS App and Patient Access will allow you to order your repeat medication and both are free to download and use.
If you have a query regarding your repeat prescritpion you can either talk to your pharmacy or telephone the surgery.
The surgery requires 3 full working days to process your request and the Pharmacy may require additional time one they have recieved it to ensure your medication can be ordered and dispensed. Therefore please ensure you order your medication 1 week (5 full working days) before you are due to run out. Thank you.
