Private Fees
The doctors are often asked to complete forms on behalf of patients. These are private services and incur a fee. For details of charges please ask one of the receptionists.
Other private services include medicals, some holiday vaccinations, passport form completion, fitness to travel certificates, holiday cancellation certificate and private sick notes.
