Managing Partner

Has overall responsibility for practice staff, services and premises. He is supported in his role by clinical staff, receptionists, administrative and secretarial staff.

Deputy Practice Manager

• Mrs Claire Rackham

Claire supports the Managing partner in most aspects of running the surgery and is the support link between the clinical, reception/admin team, secretarial staff and the Managing Partner.

All the receptionists make appointments, answer telephones and perform other office duties. They can always give advice about the services here, and are fully aware of the importance of absolute confidentiality.
